Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you purchase the 1-Day Cram Pass or 30-Day Pass, you have immediate access to the full course and we don't issue refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or your performance on the actual AP exam.

We will look at billing errors, double-charges, and technical issues that prevented access. Email apexamquest@gmail.com and we'll work it out.

CalcQuest is a digital product with instant delivery. The moment you pay, your account is upgraded and every level, the AP Exam Simulator, and the Bonus level unlock. Once that access has been granted, there's no way to "return" a digital subscription, and refund-after-cramming would make the product unsustainable.

We try to make the right product decision instead: a free 5-question trial, a 20-question diagnostic that's free after sign-up, and clearly listed pricing. Use those to decide before you buy.

We'll consider refunds in these specific cases — email apexamquest@gmail.com:

• Billing error: you were charged twice, or charged a different amount than what was shown on the pricing page.
• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought twice within 7 days. Email us; we'll refund the duplicate.
• Access failure: you paid, but a bug prevented you from accessing the levels and we weren't able to fix it within a reasonable time.
• Unauthorized charge: someone used your card without your permission. (Also notify your bank — they'll move faster than we can.)

Outside of those cases, refunds are at our sole discretion. We try to be reasonable, but please don't read this as a 30-day money-back guarantee — it isn't.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Card networks levy a non-refundable fee on every dispute (~$15 per case) that we have to absorb whether we win or lose. If you have a real grievance, email us first — we can usually resolve it directly and faster than going through your bank.

Disputes filed without first contacting us, or that turn out to be fraudulent, will be reported to Stripe and may result in your account being suspended.

• 30 days of full access from the moment of purchase to the AP Calculus AB content (10 levels + AP Exam Simulator + Bonus).
• One-time charge. No subscription, no auto-renewal. After 30 days your account drops back to the free tier and you can purchase again to extend.
• The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay. Stripe will show you the same amount on the checkout page before you confirm.

If you ask us to delete your account (per our privacy policy), that does not automatically trigger a refund of any active 30-Day Pass. The two are independent — we'll delete your data on request, but the purchase remains as-paid unless one of the conditions above applies.

If you received free access via our email allowlist (teachers, beta testers, etc.), you didn't pay anything, so refunds don't apply. Your free access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if your email is removed from the allowlist.
